Two people are dead after five people, including a child, were involved in a shooting early Tuesday in unincorporated West Palm Beach.

It happened around 6:30 a.m. in the 600 block of Snead Circle in Lake Belvedere Estates.

Deputies arrived to find a man dead. Three women and a child were taken to a local hospital, where one of the women died.

The child was uninjured but taken for a precautionary evaluation. The two women who remain in the hospital have non-life-threatening injuries.

The incident appears to be domestic and there is no threat to the public, according to deputies.
